Silly Billy Designs designs and sells decorative overpatches for continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) devices.
All our products are handmade in Tasmania, Australia, with love and care.

2. Orders

  • Orders are processed through our website on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
  • Please ensure all details (including shipping address) are correct before finalising your purchase.

If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. We’ll do our best to help, but once your order has been processed, changes may not be possible.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
  • Payment is required at the time of ordering and can be made securely through PayPal or other payment options available at checkout.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

4. Shipping

  • We currently ship within Australia only.
  • Orders are usually dispatched within 2 Business days
  • Standard and express tracked postage is provided via Australia Post.
  • Please note that delivery times may vary and are outside our control once your order has been posted.

We package all items carefully, but Silly Billy Designs is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by postal services.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your patches!

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order details and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll happily replace or refund faulty items.
For hygiene and product safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or opened items.
