Welcome to Silly Billy Designs! By purchasing from or accessing our website (https://www.sillybillydesigns.com.au), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. About Us

Silly Billy Designs designs and sells decorative overpatches for continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) devices.

All our products are handmade in Tasmania, Australia, with love and care.

2. Orders

  • Orders are processed through our website on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Once your order has been placed, you'll receive a confirmation email.
  • Please ensure all details (including your shipping address) are correct before finalising your purchase.

If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible at orders.sillybillydesigns@gmail.com. We'll do our best to help, but once your order has been processed, changes may not be possible.

Silly Billy Designs reserves the right to refuse, decline, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, for any lawful reason. This may include, but is not limited to, suspected fraudulent activity, pricing or listing errors, product availability issues, or circumstances where we are unable to fulfil an order. If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
  • Payment is required at the time of ordering and can be made securely through PayPal or other payment options available at checkout.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

4. Shipping

  • We currently ship within Australia only.
  • Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days.
  • Standard and express tracked postage is provided via Australia Post.
  • Please note that delivery times may vary and are outside our control once your order has been posted.

We package all items carefully, but Silly Billy Designs is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by postal services.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your patches!

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders.sillybillydesigns@gmail.com with your order details and a clear photo of the issue. We'll happily replace or refund faulty items.

For hygiene and product safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or opened items.

6. Product Information

  • Colours and designs may vary slightly from photos due to screen differences and the handmade nature of our products.
  • Our patches are designed for external use only and should not be applied directly to broken or irritated skin.
  • Always consult your healthcare professional if you experience irritation or allergic reactions.

All images, designs, and content on this website are the property of Silly Billy Designs.

You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content or designs without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
